Excellent, So during my 2nd cup of coffee, I realized that the sunflower in particular is most adept at absorbing metals from Earth as are we, just one element in the myriad of ingredients for communing with source energy. Thank You Thomas, Goeth, Lily, and many blessed for your inspirations!
