Very interesting post Thomas. What comes to my mind is when did Steiner have the time to practice these techniques with the busy life schedule he had, i.e. lecturing? Or did he already have these developed in him to undertake the role he had in this life? I also wonder how many have successfully developed these techniques within the anthroposophical community.
